A flint scraper. A horseshoe-shaped scraper of dark grey flint with a mid gloss patina. Made on a secodary flake and retaining a small area of nodule cortex on the dorsal face at the proximal end. The striking platform has been removed. On the ventral face the bulb is large and diffuse and there are waves of percussion visible. At the distal end the flake curves sharple. The dorsal face has several irregular flaking scars. Almost all of the distal edge has been retouched. This is mainly abrubt retouch producing a steep and high distal working edge.
