A complete copper alloy post-medieval mount, dating to the period c. AD 1600-1700. The mount consists of two bulbous terminals sparated by a transverse ridge. There are two integral lugs, one of which is broken away by an old break. The mount measures 25.2mm long, 8.6mm wide, 2.1mm thick and weighs 2.33 grams.
