Incomplete Roman Colchester-type two-piece brooch (i.e. with Harlow-type double-pierced lug), with chord and part of spring (3 loops) retained in the perforations (pin missing). Undecorated wings. Bent flat-backed bow with median rib with groove at upper end, catch-plate missing. Wingspan 25mm. Length 36mm. 43-80 AD.
