A copper alloy ragment of an unidentified object probably of Iron Age or Roman date, the object bears some similarities to terrets and harness fittings. The fragment consists of one arm and two projecting knops one located at the tip, the other between the tip and the break. The curved arm tapers from 8.9mm wide and 4.7mm thick at the break to 4.75mm wide and 4.45 mm thick before expanding to the projecting knop at the tip. The knop is broadly oval and 9.25mm in length, 7.15mm wide. From the upper section of the cirved arm is a projection which terminates in a knop. the knop is broadly oval and 17.15mm in length and 14.3mm wide.
The unidentified object is 27.05mm in length, 14.25mm wide, 20mm in height and weighs 14.96 grams.
