Grey flint with dense misty patina, backed blade. Flake with broad parallel flakes struck from its dorsal side and with a low bulb on the ventral. Very short abrupt retouch executed from the dorsal aspect follows one long edge, probably to blunt it, and appears more intermittently along the opposite long edge. The retouch interrupts patina, so the re-use of a struck flake appears likely. The early Neolithic period may embrace both initial and secondary working. Suggested date: Early Neolithic, 4000-3500 BC.
