A lead alloy possible weight of Roman through to Post-Medieval date. The object is circular in plan. Projecting from one face of the object is a central lump of iron corrosion. On the opposite face four similar lumps of iron corrosion project from the surface of the object. These are unevenly spaced. The object has been crudely made and is function is uncertain although use as a steelyard weight is possible.
