A flint barbed and tanged arrowhead of late Neolithic or Early Bronze Age date, dating from 2400 BC - 1000 BC. The arrowhead is formed on a large flake of mottled light grey grey flint with a light speckling of patina starting to form. One barb has snapped off and is missing. The tang is rounded and is longer than the incurved, square ended barb. The arrowhead is shaped with covering, scaled low-angle retouch. It is 29.7mm long, 18.1mm wide and 4mm thick. 1.49g.
