A possible Roman toilet implement dating to the period AD 43 to 410.

The object is circular in section and at one end the object flattens to a D-shaped terminal. The other end curves to form a hook before terminating in a point.

Although unusual there are similar objects recorded on the PAS database, see for example SUR-316A07.
