A lead impression of a farthing of George II (AD 1727-1760).The impression is of the reverse of a farthing and found in association with a farthing: DUR-F5F2BA, and dated to AD 1754 and other impressions DUR-F68FA, DUR-F6C199, DUR-F70B82, DUR-F72394, DUR-F731CD, DUR-F76F42, DUR-F78208, DUR-F791D5 and DUR-F6B2FD.
The outer flan of the impression is rough and unfinished. The reverse has a single sub-circular off-centre impression.
The object may have been used as gaming pieces, tokens or jettons.
