A Medieval silver coin; a voided long cross cut farthing of Henry III (AD 1216 - 1272), Class 5g dating from AD 1258 - 1265. Mint of Canterbury. The presence of a pellet stop ebtween the letters I and O on the reverse induicates that the moneyer must be Ambroci. The coin is 10mm long, 9.1mm wide and 0.9mm thick. 0.41g. See North number 997 on page 227 of Volume I.
