A fragment of copper alloy brooch. The leg and foot only, probably of a Hod Hill type. A small part of the upper bow remains which is decorated with two horizontal ridges below a longitudinal central ridge with a stamped ring and dot at one side. The leg of the bow has a shallow oval cross section and tapers to a projecting semi-circular foot with a decorative groove on the front. At the back is the remnant of a hooked catch-plate.
