Roughout for the manufacture of an axe made from what is likely to be an opaque, blotchy, light grey flint with full recortication. No cortex survives. Bifacially flaked to produce a lozenge section with some battering on edge. Both ends rounded, the removal of a large, mis-struck flake may have led to abandonment..
