A copper alloy composite button. The front is convex, the back is flat. The front is decorated with a cast sesign of an octofoil with a smaller octofoil at the centre. Around this is a raised framing band. At the edge is a raised rim. At the back is a separate drawn wire loop with iron corrosion around it.
