A Medieval silver Irish penny of Edward I (AD 1272 - 1307), Class 1a-c dating from AD 1279 - 1302. Dublin mint. See Spink's (2003) Coins of Scotland, Ireland and the Islands, number 6246 - 6248 on page 126.
Smal parts form the edge of the coin are missing, and there are patches or more pronounced wear. The coin is 19mm diameter, 0.6mm thick and 1.18g.
