A bodysherd of a wheel thrown ceramic vessel, of Medieval dating (AD 1200 to AD1400).

The bodysherd consists of a local (unsourced) glazed earthenware, with frequent fine quartz and grit inclusions, dating from the 11th to 15th Centuries AD, probably from an open bowl or jug vessel

The sherd is 6.0 mm thick and weighs 10.5 g. It has a length of 34.7 mm and is 47.6 mm wide.
