A complete cast copper-alloy Post Medieval button dating to the 17th century AD. The button is discoidal, with a sub-rectangular shaft positioned in the centre of th reverse surface; the shaft has a off-centre circular punched hole running running parallel to the outer surface of the button. The outer surface of the button has been decorated with a central dot surrounded by what is two outer concentric circles. A casting line can be seen running the diameter of the button on its reverse. Cf. Bailey 2004, p. 37.

It measure 21.9mm diameter, 13.9mm thick and weighs 7 grams.
