This find consists of four Post Medieval silver coins, found whilst metal detecting on pasture land. The fourth coin was found approximately six inches away at an angle in the ground.

Since the four coins are of a similar date, and were found stacked together, with the fourth in very close proximity, it is my opinion that this small hoard fulfils the criteria of treasure, according to the terms of the 1996 Act.
