An incomplete copper alloy marrow spoon or scoop of late post-medieval date. The object comprises a dished ovate scoop with bevelled edges from one end of which an ovate handle projects at a roughly 45 degree angle. The orientation of the handle is such that it projects away from the dished side of the scoop.
The metal had a mid-green patina and is worn. The object is 53.4mm long, 20.2mm wide, 3.1mm thick and weighs 18.1g.
