A complete but worn copper alloy French jetton (three circles type) of the early post-medieval period, dating from c. AD 1497-1547. The jetton depicts three circles, one of the symbols of Tournai and bears the legend VIVE LE ROI TOVRNAI AVE / IETTES SEVREMENT IETTES. This jetton is not in Mitchiner (1988) but is similar to example no 758 on page 244.
