Medieval copper alloy oval buckle frame, with an offset, narrowed bar, and symmetrical foliar decoration in counter-relief on the wide, convex outside edge which is set at an angle. The style of ornament is similar to that on a buckle from Thornham, Norfolk (HER 50028, NMS-F1D231). Length and width 16.5 and 21.1mm. 13th century.
