Incomplete post-medieval copper alloy acorn-shaped harness mount with a pair of integral round-sectioned attachment spikes on the reverse. The stem end is missing. The top of the cup is marked on the convex front by a pair of transverse grooves. Extant length 19.4mm. Width 9.5mm. 17th century.
