An incomplete copper alloy medieval folding strap clasp. Only the frame survives. It is trapezoidal in shape with a raised transverse ridge across each corner of the shorter sides, and a narrowed circular-sectioned outer side that would have held a folding end originally. Egan and Pritchard (1991, 22, fig.11) date the form to the late 13th to mid 15th century.
