Medieval gilt copper alloy horse harness suspension-mount, comprising a hollow-backed scallop-shaped mount, convex face with engraved radiating curved lines, an integral rivet on reverse, slotted projection at base folded onto reverse to form twin suspension-loops for the missing pendant. Height 24mm. Width 17mm. Late 12th-13th century.
