Silver long cross halfpenny of Edward I (1272-1307), Class 9 (1299-1300) with trfoiliate crown and thin stalks to round pearl on left and spearhead on right and closed 'C' and 'E', unbarred 'A' and 'N'. Possibly Type 9a error in Withers (2001, 49) where 'C' replaces 'E' in EDWAR, but too worn to be sure. London mint.
