Copper alloy buckle with short forked spacers for the attachment of a composite rigid plate. An oval frame with a pointed lip in the outer edge and bevelled edges. The bar is constricted to accommodate the pin. The forked spacer arms arestepped in before tapering slightly to angled ends. The pin is missing.
