Roman copper alloy stud or nail with a globular head, 'almost certainly from furniture upholstery' (Crummy 1983, 115, fig. 116). The form of the head, flattened on the underside, is similar to ibid. no. 3002. Length 20.5mm. Head diameter 10mm. Mid 1st - 4th century.
