Roman copper alloy finger ring, 22mm long, 10mm wide and 3mm thick with a weight of 2.66grams. The object represents about half of the loop of an intaglio finger ring. It has a band which is semi-circular in section and which widens out to accomodate an oval shaped recess, now incomplete which would have housed an intaglio stone.
