A copper-alloy buckle frame of Medieval date. It is as Meols type 2 with D-shaped frame that has an expanded outer edge and offset and narrowed rectangular bar. At the centre of the outer edge the front face has a pin rest comprising three transverse grooves, the pin is missing due to old breaks. This buckle measures 15.99mm in width, 11.93mm in length, 3.12mm in thickness, and 1.83g in weight. It is of Medieval date, c.14th century AD.
