Two sherds of wheel thrown ceramic vessels of Roman date. One fragment is a rim sherd, the other a base sherd, from a local (unsourced) miscellaneous greyware vessel. The fabric is fairly hard and gritty with a rough feel. It is light grey throughout. The inclusions are abundant, well-sorted angular quartz.
