Flint flake of probable broad Neolithic date, dating from about 4000 BC - 2200 BC. The flint is a secondary flake with a large area of cortex remaining on the dorsal face. It is opaque and mottled cream in colour with some patination. It is roughly sub-oval in plan and sub-elliptical in section. It is 43mm long x 20.7mm wide x 3.8mm thick. Weight 3.55g.
