A crude flint scraper of late Neolithic to Bronze Age date, dating from about 3300 BC - 1000 BC. The flint is a secondary flake with small areas of cortex remaining on the left hand side of the dorsal face. It is opaque and grey brown in colour with no patination. It is roughly sub-oval in plan and sub-oval in section. There is crude long, scaled, semi-abrupt, hard hammer retouch to the curved distal end. It is 37.2mm long x 29.1mm wide x 8.8mm thick. Weight 10.35g.
