Post medieval cast copper alloy mount of a horse. The horse is facing left standing on a 3.5mm wide strip, with incised parallel slightly sloping lines. The horse is full chested with short legs and full mane and tail. The left front leg is raised as if walking. It is roughly D shaped in cross section.
At the front of the chest may have been a flat loop (resiual protrusion). The back surface is flat and undecorated.
