A rim sherd from a handmade pottery vessel with sandy grey/brown fabric and extensive burnt flint inclusions. The flattened upper edge of the rim is decorated with multiple diagonal impressions. It measures 28.21mm in length, 49.56mm in width, 11.94mm in thickness, and 18.41g in weight. This sherd is of later Prehistoric date, possibly dating to the Iron Age, c.800-1 BC.
