Copper alloy annular brooch dating to the later medieval period. The brooch still has its pin attached, which is looped, the pin is bulbous where it is hinged and tapers slightly to a point. The body of the brooch is a circular ring and is decorated with a twist pattern. A lot of the patterning is missing due to corrosion.
