Copper alloy finger ring. Cast D section band; the outer surface is nearly lost to aggressive corrosion so it is uncertain whether it was textured, though the edges of the band may be lightly bevelled. Within the band an incised or punched legend rendered in simple capitals reads LIVE T[O] LOVE. Suggested date: Post-Medieval, 1700-1850.
