A post medieval copper alloy buckle dating to the period c AD 1500-1650. The buckle is complete. It comprises a double loop oval shape with a raised rib at either end of the strap bar. The loops narrow towards the spindle and are bevelled so that they slope downwards towards the outer edge of the frame. The spindle is slightly recessed from the front edge of the frame.
