Fragment of burnt and corroded Early Saxon copper alloy bow brooch, probably a small-long, faceted bow with flattened median band, possibly grooved, traces of two or three engraved transverse lines on the rectangular panel above the springing of the broken foot. The face of the foot has two vertically aligned engraved ring-and-dots. Stump of broken catchplate on reverse. Extant length 33mm. Extant width 16mm. 6.28g. c. AD 480-550.
