Six rim sherds and one body sherd from Roman grey ware (GX) vessels. They have a combined total weight of 61.29g and are of 1st to 4th century AD date.
1) Four grey ware (GX) rim sherds weighing 41.24g and of 1st to 4th century AD date.
2) A rim sherd from a Roman black surfaced ware (BSW) lid measuring 46.04mm in width, 7.94mm in thickness, and 6.72g in weight. It is of probable 1st to 2nd century AD date.
3) A grey ware (GX) flanged bowl rim measuring 32.81mm in width, 14.52mm in height, 6.72mm in thickness (at wall/rim, 18.89mm at flange), and 8.48g in weight. It is of late Roman date, c.3rd-4th centuries AD.
4) A grey ware (GX) body sherd measuring 43.48mm in width, 20.56mm in length, 5.10mm in thickness, and 4.85g in weight.
