A Post Medieval copper alloy, probably dating to the 17th century. The object has a flat, rounded square bezel, tapering to the band. There is evidence of a join on the narrowest part of the band. The bezel is undecorated, but there is a flower on each shoulder with the letter M clearly visible projecting towards the band from one of the flowers and another letter on the other, possibly an A. The ring has become distorted and is now covered in a mid-light green patina.
