A complete copper alloy Medieval bar mount with pendant loop. Both the mount and the loop survive intact. The mount consists of a small, narrow strip of metal folded in two with a constriction at the point of suspension. The reverse is pierced by a small rivet, securing the loop. The loop is small and circular, with file marks on all surfaces. Egan and Pritchard (1991, 221, fig.138, nos.1189-91) illustrate several similar examples, although not all have circular loops.
