A basesherd of a wheel thrown ceramic vessel, of Early Post Medieval dating (AD 1400 to AD 1600).

The basesherd consists of a fabric similar to that known as Tudor Green, consistent with 15th to 17th centuries AD dating. Due to the size of the fragment, it is hard to determine the original vessel form, but possibly a bowl.

The sherd is 5.2 mm thick and weighs 7.0 g. It measures 23.9 mm in length and 33.1 mm wide.
