Two lead steelyard weights of probable Roman date. One of the weights is biconical in form with median band, or can also be described as cylindrical with conical ends. This has two stubs of iron at one end, the remains of the suspension loop. The other weight is asymmetric, both ends conical or convex, but one very much taller than the other. It has a groove across one end, suggetive of the presence of a suspension loop. The biconical weight weighs 48g and the other weighs 70g. Total weight 118g.
