Obverse: Laureate head right, slight draping left shoulder. Leg.: '[IMP CA]ESAR TRAIAN[HADRIANVS AVG]', Laureate head right, drapery on left shoulder.
Reverse.: P M TR P COS III, SAL AVG in exergue, Salus seated left, holding patera and feeding serpent rising from altar left.
Coin is worn and slightly incomplete with notch missing from bottom right of obverse, roughly 5 o'clock.
