Sherd; body sherd of Medieval date. Fabric is pale grey at the core and exterior, oxidised to a very pale orange-pink at the interior surface. Gritty, quartz sand temper abundant throughout. Glazed on exterior with a drab, olive green glaze. Sherd is heavily abraded on all faces. Probable jar, of Brandsby-type Ware.
