Medieval/ early post-medieval copper alloy leg from a cooking vessel, rectangular in section with a rib running half way into the shallow foot.
The foot has part of its curved edge missing, but in shape is an elongated D with a slight point at either long end. At the break, the width is 25mm and at the ankle, 30mm and the foot expands to 40mm. It stands c.54mm high, to the break, and weighs 117.10g.
