Post medieval lead powder cap of 17th century date


The cap is near-complete but is distorted (with a distorted diameter of 29.3mm, x 13.1mm, a base diameter of 18-19mm, a width, including lugs of 28.2mm, a height of 18.4mm and a weight of 17.1g). Both lugs are present (with a width of 8.1mm, a length of 7mm and a thickness of 2mm). The mouth has an external mounding but no casting seams or ribs are evident.
