A small fragment from the upper part of a snapped long sub-rectangular bladelet of later Mesolithic or early Neolithic date (4500 - 2800 BC). The bladelet is heavily rolled and abraded; it has vertical removals on the dorsal face and conchoidal ripples on the ventral. There is no retouch present. The proximal end has the remains of a prepared knapping platform. The flint is very coarse being a light brown grey colour with slightly crystalline (cherty) structure.

The bladelet measures 20.0mm length, 23.4mm width, is 8.8mm thick and weighs 4.3 grams.
