An irregular fragment of secondary debitage - most probably from a core of irregular shape. The debitage has two small prepared platforms from small regular flakes have been taken. These platforms are at opposite ends of the debitage. The flint is a dark black colour with a large area of milky white cortex on one face. The flint has been heavily rolled in the ploughsoil and all surfaces are abraded.
The core measures 44.4mm in length, 19.1mm width, is 21.4mm thick and weighs 14.2 grams.
