A sheet metal, two piece copper alloy Medieval strap end. The tongue shaped strap end has a pointed terminal. On the back of the front plate at the attachment edge is a central copper alloy rivet. Only the bottom half of the back plate remains. The length of the strap end is 59.2mm, the thickness is 1.9mm and the width is 13.2mm
