A flint barbed and tanged arrowhead dating from the Early Bronze Age, about 2400 BC - 1000 BC. The flint is a semi-translucent rich tan colour and is slightly speckled with patination. It is triangular in plan, with two square notches chipped into the base to form the tang and barbs. One barb has broken off and is missing. The complete barb has an oblique terminal and the tang is somewhat rounded. It is a pointed oval in section. The tertiary flake is bifacially worked with covering, scaled, low angle retouch. It is 23.8mm long, 20.8mm wide, 3.6mm thick and 1.24g.
